Emissions Reduction Within the Industrial Combustion Process
In the United States, the wider industrial sector (manufacturing, mining, agriculture and construction) made up nearly a third of energy use in 2012.¹ It is important to recognise that these sectors, although essential, require huge amounts of energy to operate. Given the high level of emissions caused by these processes, operators must consider ways in which industrial sectors can reduce emissions where possible, by using innovative technology and products. This white paper will investigate ways in which high energy industries that use combustion, such as glass manufacturing, can reduce emissions while staying efficient and profitable.
