Biography
Beatriz joined Rotork in July 2024 as Chief Human Resources Officer. Beatriz has over 20 years of experience in international executive HR roles across a broad spectrum of sectors, which include financial services, engineering, energy and pharmaceuticals. Beatriz has held roles at General Electric, Baker Hughes and, most recently, at Bayer as the Group Senior Vice President for Talent and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Beatriz holds a Masters degree in Finance and Industrial Labor Relations and she is also a qualified Executive Coach. She is a non-executive director (NED) of Leathwaite and part of the Advisory Board for both Airbus and Quickers Venture Capital.
