Rotork hosted the launch event for Team Bath Racing Electric car

Today, we were delighted to host Team Bath Racing Electric (TBRe) and sponsors for the launch event of their new electric car. Guests were the first to witness the 2024 Formula Student race car unveiling.
As the title sponsor for the 2024 racing season, we are proud to support the talented students from the University of Bath in this exciting and innovative project.
Ross Pascoe, Chief Technology Officer, commented: “We are passionate about our future STEM talent, career pathways and the TBRe programme is fantastic example of this. The racing programme is a great initiative that combines theory and practical application, which is something we strongly believe in.”
The reveal was a pivotal occasion where students shared their latest accomplishments, future strategies, and vision for the upcoming competition year. It was an excellent opportunity to experience first-hand the innovation and dedication that has gone into creating the 2024 car.
The event provided a unique opportunity for attendees to gain insights into the ambitious design and engineering process, meet the talented team behind the project, and explore the innovative features that set the new car apart.
Team Bath Racing Electric is an electric Formula Student team based out of the University of Bath’s Faculty of Engineering and Design. Formula Student is the world’s largest student engineering competition, with over 600 universities taking part in its numerous competitions internationally.
