From day one, you'll gain hands-on experience, contribute to real projects and work alongside experienced colleagues across our organisation. Through rotational placements and structured development, you'll build expertise in your chosen field while gaining insight into different areas of Rotork. You may also have the opportunity to undertake an international placement, giving you valuable global experience and a broader perspective on our business.
