It is the Board’s view that for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, the Company complied with the principles of the UK Corporate Governance Code 2024 (the 2024 Code).

The Board notes that the UK Corporate Governance Code 2024 (the 2024 Code) applied to the Company from 1 January 2025, with Provision 29 of the 2024 Code applying to the Company from 1 January 2026.
