The Board supports the aims of the prevailing UK Corporate Governance Code and the UK Stewardship Code to promote engagement and interaction between listed companies and their major shareholders.

The Board welcomes the opportunity for investors and shareholders to engage directly with the Chair and Senior Independent Non-executive Director and also with the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer. Information on how the Board engaged with its shareholders during 2025 is set out on pages 98 to 101 of the Annual Report and Accounts . A range of online and face-to-face investor relations events following the publication of the full-year and half-year results have been scheduled for 2026.
