FAIRCHILD - Pressure Regulators
Rotork Fairchild Model 4000A is a no bleed high flow precision pressure regulator designed for applications that require high performance, very low consumption and accurate process control.
Features
• Five output pressure ranges from 0.5-10 psi, 0.03-0.7 BAR, 3-70 kPa up to 5-250 psi, 0.35-17 BAR, 35-1700 kPa
• Flow Capacity up to 150 SCFM, 255 m3 / hr - excellent choice for high flow precision applications
• Control sensitivity of 1/2" water column allows for use in high accuracy applications
• Large supply and exhaust valves provide high forward and exhaust flows
• Soft supply and exhaust valve minimizes air consumption
• Balanced supply valve minimizes the effect of any supply pressure variation
• Aspirator tube compensates for downstream pressure droop under flow conditions
• Separate control chamber isolates the diaphragm from the main flow and eliminates hunting and buzzing
• Unit construction allows you service the Model 4000A without removing it from the line
