Model M4500ABP is a High Flow Back Pressure Booster designed for automated or remote controlling of the back pressure or relief operation typically found in tank systems and other pressurized systems.
Features
• In its pilot operated design, the M4500ABP will operate from a signal pressure of up to 150 psig [10.0 BAR] (1000kPa) and handles up 250 psig, [17.0 BAR], (1700 kPa) system pressure
• Flow capacity of 150 SCFM (255 m3/HR) - extremely fast and responsive operation
• Control sensitivity of 1" water column allows for use in high precision applications
• Large exhaust valve design provides high flow in back pressure applications
• Separate control chamber isolates the diaphragm from the main flow to eliminate hunting and buzzing
• Aspirator tube design minimizes pressure drop at final control element under flow conditions
• Unitized construction allows servicing without removal
