" I am very proud to work for Rotork and very happy to do a job that I like..."
I finished secondary school in July 1999 and only a month later Rotork contacted me about a job opportunity as a Receptionist. I accepted this role and started a three-year apprenticeship, and after this I was offered a permanent contract.
In June 2008 an opportunity came up in HR so I applied for the position. The new role was varied and interesting with different activities every day, including managing the documentation related to the timekeeping programme and payroll, dealing with the temporary work agencies and consultants, managing daily requests from colleagues, updating the training registers with all relevant documents and interviewing people for the shop floor.
During 2013 my role changed to HR Specialist, after the first five years in HR department I improved my competences and I was more involved in all HR matters: payroll, recruitment, training, support to managers and staff.
