IQ3 Pro
IQ3D Pro direct current (DC) powered intelligent multi-turn electric actuator. Benefitting from all the features of the IQ3 Pro actuator, including double-sealed enclosure to IP66/68 7m for 72 hours, non-intrusive local controls, handheld setting tool and network compatibility for remote control and monitoring.
Features
• IQ3D Pro are Direct Current (DC) powered versions of the IQ3 Pro actuator, benefitting from all the features and industry-leading reliability of the intelligent IQ3 Pro range
• Voltage ranges available are 24, 48 and 110 VDC
• Direct torque range 11 to 305 Nm (8 to 225 lbf.ft)
• With the addition of second stage gearboxes, DC multi-turn output torque up to 1,500 Nm (1,106 lbf.ft) and quarter-turn up to 132,000 Nm (97,358 lbf.ft) are available
• The IQ3 Pro range builds upon the industry-leading IQ3 with the addition of a ‘connected platform’, enabling the development of new features to drive digitalisation and future-proofing of electric actuation
• IQ3 Pro range can be configured and controlled via the Rotork App for smartphones which also allows data log extraction from the actuator. Data logs can be exported from the App to Rotork Insight 2 software or sent to Rotork’s secure cloud-based intelligent asset management (iAM) system for detailed analysis and preventative maintenance planning

• is available with fully integrated ethernet, which is compatible with EtherNet/IP Modbus TCP and PROFINET protocols
• IQ3 Pro range are available with multiport functionality allowing control of multiport valves, allowing the input or output of product to be diverted to any one of 3 to 16 ports
